[WISCONSIN] [WARRANTY DEED]

Purchasing Lot #2 in Block #5 on West Street in Beaver Dam, Dodge County, Wisconsin, as recorded in a partially printed warranty deed (“Sold by J.A. Hall & Co., Milwaukee”), completed in manuscript, and signed by Isaac and Martha Ferris, who received $600 for the property, described in detail, to Araunah B. Mathew of Dodge County.

Folio broadside, also signed and witnessed by Dodge County Justice of the Peace Milton Montgomery and three others, June 2, 1855. Old fold lines, but very good. Accompanied by a second deed for land in Beaver Dam (July 7, 1860), but the ink has faded, making reading difficult. For the pair, Item #71003
