[Louisville, KY? 1890s]. Single sheet, 51 x 82 cm., folded to 26 x 11 cm. Rear panel title: "L & N Four Seasons Hotel and Sanatorium." Sixteen panels, including three on the Sanatorium, one on the "new" Harrogate Inn, two timetables, three on Cumberland Gap Park, three on the Four Seasons Hotel, two on amusements, plus the cover panels; small color illustrations accompanying the text on several of the panels. On the verso is a topographical-style map titled "MAP OF LOUISVILLE & NASHVILLE R. R. AND CONNECTIONS TO CUMBERLAND GAP PARK," by Poole Bros. Engravers, Chicago. Two color illustrated inset views of the Four Seasons Hotel and Sanatorium." Several separations at folds. According to records held at Lincoln Memorial University in Harrowgate, TN, the Four Seasons Hotel opened in 1892, but was torn down in 1895, helping to date this piece. No OCLC found. Item #70861
