[Boydton, VA?]: 1880. Printed broadside, 11 ¾ x 8 ¼ inches. The settled chancery suit was W. J. Johnson & Co. vs. L. W. Wimbush. The first tract, of 284 acres, is described as “mostly forest and well timbered.” Land served in the 35th Virginia during the Civil War. Uniformly browned, small piece missing upper corner (not affecting text, repaired verso). Still a good copy. Item #70810
