Folding brochure includes four pages of promotional text for the hotel, emphasizing the climate and healthfulness of the area and amenities; a two-page listing of guests from the past “few seasons,” primarily from the Midwest; and an ad for the Mobile & Ohio Railroad. The hotel was built in 1882 and burned in 1914. Cover title: Hygeia Hotel Citronelle, Mobile Co., Ala. Apparently not recorded on OCLC. Original illustrated self-wrappers. Very good. Item #70296
