McNair, Agent in Fayetteville signed in ink by F. D. Russell G. F. A. giving rates from Wister Junction to South McAllister, Indian Territory. Some ink and pencil numerical calculations. Small piece missing from top of the letterhead, patched, with some letters affected, several closed tears no loss to map. Item #69751
