Promotional for the inn, 10-panel brochure folded to narrow 8vo, recto with color illustrated wrappers and three panels of illustrated text (from color photographs and line drawings) concerning the inn and Pass Christian, verso with promotional text and a railroad time table set among illustrations including a three-panel panorama of the inn on the water. OCLC locates only a 33-page pamphlet, from the 1920s, for the inn (locating only Mississippi). Original color illustrated self-wrappers (rear wrapper with two abrasions, one resulting in a small hole barely taking a bit of sky in an illustration). Very good and quite scarce. Item #69188
