Map and promotional for the state, a broadsheet, 20 ¾ x 27 ¾ inches, folded to narrow 8vo, recto with wrappers and 13 panels of promotional text, covering climate, transportation, education, agriculture, dairying, horticulture stock raising, lumbering, manufacturing, etc., and information about travel and the railroad, verso with a map of the state, the Southern Pacific line and a few trunks in bold black with stops indicated, from the California line to Portland, Indian reservations, lakes, and other features noted. OCLC locates one copy (Yale). Original blue wrappers printed in reverse (tears along several folds repaired with barely detectable clear tape). Very good. Item #67965
