Trade catalogue, “with illustrations of leading styles of farm wagons.” Oblong 8vo (5 ¾ x 8 inches). 32 pp. Illustrations from wood engravings of the wagons, and photographs, plates; the photographic images picture southern African Americans at work and leisure and employ racist captions (“Pickaninny Dance,” etc.). The photographs from which these half-tones were taken, were made by Russell Brothers, Anniston, Alabama. This company not represented in Romaine. OCLC locates six copies (Yale, Berea, Kentucky, Duke, Oberlin, Tennessee). Original illustrated blue and yellow-stamped wrappers (rubbed), stapled. Very good. Item #67767
