Title page; [4] pp. ad for the new translation of the "Ruba'iyat of Omar Khayyam," by George Roe, of San Antonio; [4] pp. of promotional text for the city, printed rectos only; [42] pp. of photo illustrations and plates, printed rectos only. Images include a 1903 banquet held by the Business Men's Club, several views of private homes, public and commercial buildings, historic missions, hotels, etc. Wrappers somewhat brittle, with chipping and cracking to edges, with some loss at margins, corner of title page chipped (not affecting text), internally clean, tight. Previous owner's signature on title page.
