Text, interspersed with photo illustrations. Faint stamp of a travel agent on front panel. Mention is made of the modern metropolis of 100,000 people [the population in the 1930 Census is listed at approx. 102,000]. The climate and culture of the area, its golf courses, parks, nearby attractions, schools, library, and the Texas College of Mines and Arts are all listed as reasons "to stop, to play, to live," as well as the city's proximity to Juarez, Old Mexico.
