Bi-folium with title-page, gilt and green-stamped illustration from a wood engraving verso; integral leaf recto prints the menu in red and black, red decoration incorporating “Bill of Fare” at top, illustration of the exposition building from a wood engraving verso. Oysters, raw and fried, venison, quail, grouse with plum jelly, pickled peaches, Exposition Cheese, “choice old Kentucky bourbon whiskey,” Smyser & Jackson’s Still Catawba wine, and much more for the luncheon. Apparently not recorded on OCLC. Original gilt and black-stamped wrappers, title cover with a wood engraved bird’s-eye view of Louisville on the river, A Little browning, but very good. Accompanied by a souvenir silk lapel ribbon (7 ¼ x 2 ¾ inches) decorated by a seal for the city with the printed message “To Our Southern Guests: Welcome.” For the pair, Item #67187
