Revised and copyrighted by The Kenyon Printing & Mfg. Co., Map Makers, Des Moines, Iowa, Copyrighted Nov. 3, 1902." Map is 39 x 51 cm. on a 43 x 56 cm. sheet. "Compliments of Anderson & Bean, Dealers in Real Estate..." printed across the lower left corner. Counties shown in various colors, Congressional districts outlined in red, small inset map of "North Western Portion of Texas" in the upper left corner. On the verso of the map are several black & white photos of agricultural scenes and public buildings in Wichita Falls, plus a panoramic photo of Lake Wichita. On the verso of the front wrapper, Anderson & Bean describe the pamphlet as "devoted to a description of the Lake Wichita Irrigation Company's enterprise, [although] it must not be inferred that the Wichita Falls Country is dependent on irrigation for successful farming of all crops." The real estate company encourages homeseekers to come and see for themselves. Some fading to corners of wrappers, else a very nice copy. Item #67133
