Some fading to wrappers, one signature separating from the staples, else very good. A promotional for lands of the South and West Land Company, the famous Rhea Pasture, Bovina, Texas, "located in Northern Texas in what is known as the 'High Plains Country,' just beyond Oklahoma.... the last of the prairie countries this nation has to offer to homeseekers." This area had originally been part of the XIT Ranch two-thirds of which had been sold off by 1906.
