Accompanied by a 28 x 12 cm. promotional sheet sent out by the author, with quotes from eight enthusiastic readers, plus a prospectus, 20.5 x 12.5 cm., printed on both sides, shallow chipping around edges, with reviews and testimonials, both items laid in to the front of the book.
