The first four leave are plans by John C. Schooley of Cincinnati for a summer fruit house, printed on rectos only. Splendid frontispiece, also done by Middleton, Wallace & Co., of eleven named men around a table of fruit, including the strawberry-king, Nicholas Longworth, John P. Foote, A. H. Ernst, F. Pentland, S. S. Jackson, J. Sayer and Dr. J.A. Warder, E.J. Hooper (the author), Gabriel Sleath, Geo. Graham, and R. Buchanan. Item #66372
