Gray / Agent of Treasury”), “Additional Instruction to District Collectors and Assessors of the War Tax” printed verso (one paragraph, eight lines). Not in Parrish & Willingham. Apparently not recorded on OCLC. Confederate quality paper browned, tiny hole in text (affecting two letters), but very good. Item #66035
