Title panel, 15, (1) pp. Recto prints eight pages of promotional text for Wayne County emphasizing agriculture and pecan growing on land near Brunswick in Wayne County, Georgia; verso prints seven panels of extracts from speeches and writings (from e.g., Champ Clark, Speaker of the House, Georgia Dept. of Agriculture, etc.), all extolling the area’s possibilities. Accompanied by three pieces of related ephemera, all published by the Southern Georgia Railroad-Land Development Bureau: (1) Georgia Is the Land of Opportunity (broadsheet, 18 x 11 ½ inches, featuring a plat map of the Wayne County lands ready for purchase and a railroad and steamship map of the east coast of the U.S., featuring routes to Brunswick, verso illustrated from photographs of Wayne County agricultural products; (2) a two page typed form letter concerning the land opening and its possibilities; and (3) an unused “Registration Fee Remittance Blank,” with return envelope.
