Phillips, Land Commissioner, Missouri Pacific Railroad Company, who pens a note, adding his signature, at the bottom of the title page: "Number Fourteen of this edition of only twenty-five copies privately printed." Hinges somewhat amateurishly repaired, a few tears on pages photos mounted on and a few scattered pencil marks in the borders. Item #65907
