[Mannheim, Germany]: January 1953. Hand-made typecript brochure, prepared as an introduction to the unit for a new commander, Brig. Gen. Earl S. Gruver, Chief of Ordnance for the U.S. Army in Europe, giving a history and mission statement for the ordnance supply group, headquartered at Mannheim, West Germany, to supervise depots at various locations in France and occupied Germany.
