Schlueter, Houston; another is copyrighted 1912, by M.E. Verkin) interspersed with drawings in pale green and pink. Folding map tipped in at rear. One short separation along a fold in the map, with no loss; map dated in lower margin 11-4-'12. A very good copy. In the text, mention is made of the New Rice Hotel "on the historic location of the old hostelry of the same name, [which] will be one of the largest and most magnificent hotels in the South." [This hotel opened in 1913]. A very good copy. OCLC lists three copies: Baylor, Univ. of Texas at Arlington, Univ. of Oklahoma. [SMU lists one with a date of 1916; three other copies mention routes to the Panama-Pacific Expositions held in San Francisco and San Diego in 1915, but no mention of those routes is in this copy].
