[Pittsburgh, PA]: Pittsburgh Printing Co., 219 and 221 Third Ave. nd [ca.1894]. Salmon colored paper wraps, with an illustration of Dr. F.H. Sinning on the front cover. 23 cm. 32 pp. In text illustrations. Wrappers detached, chipped, text printed on poor quality, brittle paper. A tender copy. Dr. Sinning offered to cure cancers, tumors, piles, deformities, etc. by scientific principles, medicine, and surgery. The pamphlet mentions that Dr. Sinning had practiced medicine in Pittsburgh and Cincinnati, before coming to Titusville "four years ago." [An obituary in the Titusville Herald for his widow Sarah Sinning, who died in 1928, states that the couple came to Titusville in 1890, helping to date this pamphlet]. Item #64804

According to Atwater, Vol. III (supplement), p.580, Dr. Sinning was an 1885 graduate of the American Eclectic Medical College in Cincinnati. OCLC lists one copy [1899, with 40 pp.] at the Univ. of Rochester Med. Center.
