Browned, some spotting, old fold lines, with some small breaks at folds, slight loss to a few words. Pres. Jackson's State of the Union address extolling being debt free, income through selling land, not renewing Second Bank of the United States as one can see its unnecessary. This is often cited as being an affecting agent in the panic of 1837 when many state banks failed. Item #64315
