Clipped sheet held in place at the corners, noting in typescript that the annual stockholders meeting is the 2nd Wednesday in January each year, and the Board of Directors Meeting the 2nd Monday of each month. The company records include: Certificate of Incorporation of Refined Steel Company, dated 6th of June 1927, and signed in type by T.L. Croteau, A.L. Miller, and T.L Fray; Refined Steel Company By-Laws; Minutes of First Meeting of Incorporators; Ballots and Election of Directors; examples of stock certificates; Minutes of Annual Meeting of Stockholders (1928 & 1929); list of Stockholders; etc. Some manuscript signatures on various documents, along with a few "documentary cents" stamps.
