Glossy white paperwraps (lightly soiled), printed in green and gilt, oval illustration of an aeroplane on front wrap, and illustration of the company's first advertisement from 1907 in rear wrap. 25 cm. (60)pp., illustrated. Cover title: "The Aeroplane Supply Company (Aviation Department of the Motor Supply Company, Ltd.)." Previous owner's small bookplate tipped in to verso of front wrap. Minor edgewear, else a very good copy. "This Catalogue will in future be published annually under the above title, with monthly supplements."
The company advertises various bi-planes and mono-planes, light aero-engines, parts & accessories, dirigible balloons, hangars & tents, working models & parts, etc. for sale. Prices, illustrations, plans, sketches and detailed descriptions are given for the Farman Bi-Plane, Bleriot Monoplane, Santos Dumont Monoplane, Wright Bi-Plane, etc. Photos of pioneer aviators Paulhan, Somner, the Voisin Brothers, R.
