NP: Printed in U.S.A., nd (1930). Poster, 28 x 10 1/4 in., printed on both sides, text and illustrations enclosed in a scalloped border. Some overall toning, and shallow chipping to the left margin, not affecting image. A very nice example. Two of the illustrations were done by Walker Litho. Co., Erie, PA, and two by Erie Litho. Co., which operated from 1883 until the 1930s, and produced theatrical and circus posters, and trade cards. The poster likely refers to the silent movie "Jesse James," starring Fred Thomson which was produced by Paramount Pictures in 1927, although another source mentions a 1930 version. It is unclear whether copies of the Thomson film survive. Item #62013
