Promotional and prospectus for a southern sportsman's club built on the grounds of an old Southern States Lumber Company camp on the Black Water River near Pensacola, Florida; offerings included excellent fishing for bass and bream in the river, speckled trout and redfish in Perdido Bay and the Gulf of Mexico, hunting for quail and wild turkey, and golf on its own 9-hole course featuring sand greens. "Present membership," printing 19 names, all from Chicago and other upper Midwest locales, shows a clientele of business executives, including Ivar Hennings, President of the South Bend Bait Co., and doctors.
