(Cincinnati, OH: Wolf Bros.), nd [ca. 1905]. 12mo. 32 pp. Illustrated, some shoes in color, plates, line drawings, marginal ornaments and vignettes. 26 named styles of fashionable shoes, mostly pumps and lace-ups, some in color. Caption title: "'The American Girl' A Shoe as Good as Its name." The Wolf Brothers were involved in a 1906 suit over the use of the name "The American Girl" for its line of shoes, alleging that another company had illegally used their "brand." We were unable to locate material relating to the Wolf Brothers and its shoe company on OCLC. Very good. Original color illustrated wrappers, stapled. (#7739). Item #60634
