First edition. 8vo. 8 pp. "[Formed] for the purpose of raising and smelting minerals in the State of Missouri, manufacturing shot, and carrying on all the customery [sic] business, and purchasing and holding all the necessary real estate incident and necessary to the conducting [of the business]." On the inside of the rear wrapper are written the names of ten shareholders, indicating how many shares each held (Jno. S. Rundlett of St. Louis was the largest shareholder with 1000; the other nine were from New York, Boston, and other eastern cities). Not recorded on OCLC.
