Folio. 33 leaves (apparently extracted from among hundreds), 32 with manuscript entries on both sides, recording wills, inventories, bonds, debts, indentures, petitions, and other estate-settlement documents for this central Louisiana parish; entries in various hands, four leaves in French, others in English. Six leaves pertain to the 1813 settlement of R.S. Badger's estate; several other longer sequences concern a single estate (J.B. McCormick, G. Berza, P. Walker), otherwise, in nearly 20 instances, only one to three entries are related, many are fragments. Disbound sheets, worn at edges. (#5628). Item #58848
