Washington, DC: J.W. Flenner, 1883. Printed broadside, 19 x 12 inches, employing several sizes and styles of type, including a large display type (3 1/4 inches) in the head. A solicitation for the business of Civil War veterans and their widows, especially deserters and the disabled. "Pensions, Increase, Bounty, Back Pay, Pay for
Clothing, Ration Money, Travel Pay, Honorable Discharges and all classes of Claims
attended to." Flenner published a handbook for ex-soldiers in 1885. Apparently not recorded on OCLC. Separated along central vertical fold (repaired on verso), several small chips around the edges and corners; a good example of a fragile broadside. Printed on poor quality paper (now browned and brittle). (#5033). Item #58052
