[Cincinnati, OH?]: The court, May 27, 1865. Printed broadside, 18 x 9 1/8 inches, employing several type sizes and styles, the entire text enclosed within a wide ornamental border. The 23 rules outline procedures for the monthly meeting of the court, the trial of criminal cases, sale of real estate by executors, summons against delinquent executors, administrators, or guardians, regulation of attorneys' fees, etc. Tarbell (1836-?) was elected to the office of Probate Judge of Brown County, Ohio, in 1864 and served in that capacity for the next five years.
