Broadside reprinting of the three-page original, 12 1/2 x 8 1/2 inches. The original, signed in type by President Jose Joaquin de Herrera, was issued in Mexico, 4 June 1845, then reprinted and issued by governors for various states (Streeter locates one for the state of Mexico).
