Parrish & Willingham 2704 locates seven copies (Alabama Archives & History, Alabama State Supreme Court, Library of Congress, Emory, Georgia, New York Public, Duke). OCLC adds four copies (Alabama, Auburn, Illinois, LSU). Contemporary law sheep (rubbed, corners bumped), rebacked in matching calf. Early ink notes and names on endpapers, part of front endpaper torn away, text browned, but a very good copy of a scarce Confederate imprint. (2495). Item #55936
