Leavitt, NC: nd [ca. 1910]. Two photographs, 4 5/8 x 7 1/2 inches and 3 3/4 x 4 3/4 inches, mounted on card stock, the first picturing the four subjects, in Sunday dress, hats in hand, and two dogs, seated on the front porch of their simple frame house, the second picturing a farmhand feeding livestock in a split rail pen against a small barn. Leavitt is not located in Powell's North Carolina Gazetteer and we have been unable to discover references to it elsewhere. A little foxing to the mounts, but very good. (9040). Item #47868
