Two publications endorsing Jones's invention of guards against torpedo attack for use by surface vessels. The pamphlet prints testimonials from a number of naval architects and marine engineers, while the large format leaflet prints reports by E.J. Reed and Captain S. Eardley-Wilmot, "two eminent Naval Authorities." Both publications are quite scarce; neither is recorded on OCLC or RLIN.
