First edition, 1/85 copies signed by the author and bound in quarter leather by Claudia Cohen, issued with an extra suite of the color plates enclosed in a cloth portfolio, also signed by the author, and a hand-tied salmon fly of the Colonel Bates pattern mounted on acid-free mat board and signed by the tier, all enclosed in a tan cloth clam-shell box. The fly with this copy was tied by Ron Alcott.
