[England?]: nd [1790s]. 12mo. 4 pp. Self-wrappers, untrimmed; several ink marks on the first leaf, else a very good copy. Item #45056
One of at least four editions published in the 1790s (two others in London, one in Portland, Maine). Relates a conversation between a religious slave in the "province" of New-York and a visiting English gentleman; based on internal evidence, this tract is sometimes attributed to a Methodist author. All of the editions are uncommon; OCLC locates three copies of this one (Yale, Drew, Ohio State).
