IN THE LAND OF SUNSHINE... Hand drawn postcard, a little piece of folk art, dated Sanford [FL], Aug. 1, 1933.

The card, measuring 5 1/4 x 3 1/4 in., carries an ink sketch of palm trees and flamingos at sunset. Two little stick figures lounge near the shore line. The artist has colored in the sky with a pink wash. Accompanying the drawing is a little original birthday poem, sending along "A dollar Florida didn't get!" (sorry, not present).
