A few short tears along one side of circular, only slightly affecting text. Small illustrated ad circular, printed on one side only, advertising Red Cedar Shingles in Transit. Also Cypress Shingles & Fence Lath. Illustration is of a smiling gentleman in top hat & mutton chop whiskers, with a pocket watch, noting the "Best Time is made by ordering your Shingles, Lath, Etc., from Bushnell."
